1General Terms

If a user provides a false age at registration and this is later verified, all transactions and winnings made during that period will be considered void.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on ad99:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. The use of third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum limits may vary depending on the payment method.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours after verification.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from a bonus balance. Withdrawal is only possible once the wagering requirements for the bonus have been met.
• Ad99 reserves the right to hold withdrawals and investigate any suspicious transactions.

Any funds credited to your account due to a technical error remain the property of ad99, and we reserve the right to reclaim them.

5Bonuses & Promotions

• Each bonus offer comes with its own wagering requirements. Please read those terms carefully before accepting any bonus.

6Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all gameplay on ad99:

• Bets cannot be cancelled once placed, unless a technical error has interrupted the game.
• In the event of a disconnection during Live Casino or live sports, the outcome of the bet will be determined by the server's records.
• If a technical error is detected in the outcome of any game, ad99 reserves the right to void that round and refund the wager.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ad99:

• Attempting to influence outcomes by colluding with other players (collusion).
• Bonus Abuse — claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or under false identities.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transactions.
• Threatening, harassing, or disrespecting other members.

If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed, the balance will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Ad99 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms and Conditions violation.
• If identity verification is not completed or false information is provided.
• Extended inactivity for more than 12 months.
• When suspicious transactions or signs of fraudulent activity are detected.
• When a player voluntarily submits a request to close their account.

9Responsible Gaming
